Job description:
On behalf of a well-known international company specialised in visual digital entertainment, we are currently looking for a Collection accountant with French to join their team in Prague. The company has about 100 employees, out of which 50% of them are expats mainly from Europe. If you speak fluently English and French, if you are interested in Finance, and have great communication skills, then definitely keep reading. Your main role will be to communicate with your French business accounts and collect all due payments on a regular basis and keep reports and accounts up-to-date.

Main responsibilities:
- Carry out proactive actions with collections in order to avoid and reduce overdue
- Create and monitor open queries and follow up on disputes
- Monitor key overdue customers
- Monitor incoming payments, make sure they are allocated correctly
- Balance account reconciliation
- Reporting tasks (aging accounts)
- Assist on audit preparation
- Keep good relationship with internal or external customers
Your profile:
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience (in administration, customer support, accounting)
- Bachelor's degree (ideally finance, accounting, economics, business)
- Familiar with MS package (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and SAP as a great advantage
- Fluent in French and English (B2 min.)
