Job Title: Customer Service, Order and Office Administrator

Location: Praha, Tuchomerice (TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE PROVIDED WILL COVER ALL YOUR TRAVEL EXPENSES!)

On behalf of my client, I’m looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of a Customer Service, Order and Office Administrator in a prospering international company with a multinational team that is happy to welcome a person with excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills. You don’t need to have any previous experience but if you’re multilingual, fluent in both Czech and English or Spanish and ready to roll up your sleeves and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, you will be well rewarded and much appreciated within the team.

Customer Service, Order and Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with setting up new client accounts
  • Communication with Czech customers
  • Confirmation of customer orders and order processing
  • Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail or deliveries
  • Ordering supplies and arranging meetings
  • Mailing and filing correspondence, photocopying and scanning
  • Assisting with organising events
  • Typing correspondence and meeting notes
  • Preparation and processing of business travel expenses
  • Editing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Invoicing and maintaining financial database records

Customer Service and Order Administrator Requirements:

  • Czech fluency
  • English or Spanish fluently
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED
