One of our clients, a leading global healthcare company, is currently searching for a fluent French speaker to join their team as a Customer Service Specialist. The company supports their customers in providing topnotch patient care through advanced healthcare consumables, solutions, technology, and services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Receive, monitor, and process customer orders and requests promptly
- Master the product knowledge of current portfolio, providing customers with precise information about the products and ongoing sales promotions
- Manage the entire order process, including quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Be a primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives via phone or email
- Handle product and service complaints
- Follow and apply all the procedures and processes related to Customer Care
- Promote campaigns and offers in coordination with the Customer Care Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English AND French
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle, CRM, and Excel
- Ability to adapt to and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service
- Resilient to stress and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
