For one of our client, company known for its innovative and safe equipment, we are seeking a Senior AtR Specialist to ensure the provision of exemplary Accounting to Reporting services in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and business needs. This role involves leading the standardisation and harmonisation of processes across a unified ERP system and managing the integration of new entities into our Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE).
Your Daily Activities:
- Improve AtR processes and tools to match regional strategies
- Help implement process improvements across the region
- Look for and apply process improvements using digital tools and automation to increase efficiency
- Handle routine AtR tasks and responsibilities with diligence
- Engage in projects led by the AtR Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and key parts of the global organization
- Follow and enforce established procedures within the team
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them reach their full potential
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A relevant University degree
- Experience in accounting and finance within multinational corporations
- 4+ years experience in reporting with knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain trustful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
