On behalf of a well-known international company specialised in visual digital entertainment, we are currently looking for an experienced finance professional with a penchant for precision and problem-solving? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead revenue and rebate processes within the European operations.

The company has about 150 employees in their business centre in Prague, out of which 50% of them are expats mainly from Europe. You would work in a modern, friendly and unformal environment. The team of 7 co-members is highly linked and have nice relationships. They are looking for someone with the same spirit to join them.

Possibility to work 2 to 4 days/week from home, and 1 month from abroad.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Handle monthly and year-end closings, and liaise with credit and collection teams.
- Monitor contracts and Determine eligibility for bonuses (rebates), in collaboration with Sales.
- Prepare credit notes (calculation of rebates payment included)
- Manage rebates for 1 key account and its EU markets.
- Prepare audits via data reports and analysed documentation for transactions
- Use SAP and Salesforces.
Essential Requirements:
- Financial/accounting education, or 3+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and IFRS.
- Experience in GL accounting, P&L, balance sheet, credit/debit.
- Attention to detail is crucial, not just working with numbers.
- Good communication skills, independent worker (proactive) and team-player, fluent English.
- Ability to be resilient in a stressful environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, as most tasks are performed in it.
- SAP and Salesforce experience are very welcome.
Type: Temporary (1 year contract), with the possibility of extension, with no guarantee
