We are looking for a Customer Claims Specialist to manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness from our all-new office building in the heart of Brno.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage and resolve customer claims while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate claims thoroughly to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyse claim trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitasking and prioritising workload.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken (B2+ level).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with relevant software systems, such as CRM and claims management software.
